Texas Water Engineering (TWE) is a professional engineering consultant firm that specializes in the planning, study, design, and management of water/wastewater treatment facilities and conveyance systems. 

 

TWE was formed in June 2004 by Victoria Foss, P.E. in Sugar Land, Texas.  Since 2004, TWE has successfully worked with several local engineering firms and government agencies on a wide variety of water and wastewater projects, both as a direct consultant and as a sub consultant. 

 

TWE is certified with the City of Houston as a Women/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firm and is certified with the state of Texas as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).  TWE has been successful in providing a means for clients and larger engineering firms to meet DBE/HUB participation requirements on projects while seamlessly integrating into the project team.  TWE prioritizes quality and client service and takes pride in developing a reputation and relationships that lead to repeat business.

 

TWE is a registered firm with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
