Victoria Foss, P.E.

Ms. Foss has over 17 years of experience in the engineering, design, and construction industry.  Ms. Foss is a licensed engineer in the state of Texas.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental design from Texas A&M University, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University. She specializes in water plant/pump station design and analysis, technical review, and program management.  She has a reputation for providing excellent client service.
